Appliance & Fixture Replacement & Installation Services

We replace and install home appliances and fixtures all the time. Whether it’s a replacement faucet, sink, garbage disposal or dishwasher, we can remove the old one and install a new one for you.

When you buy a major appliance from one of the big box stores, they more than likely subcontract the delivery & installation work out to a 3rd party you probably have never heard of. They will deliver your appliance and ‘sort-of’ install it for you. We say ‘sort-of’ because there are always gotchas you probably aren’t aware of. For instance:

  • When you buy a new washer you have to buy new hoses as an extra cost or they won’t hook the washer up. Even if there is nothing wrong with the existing hoses, you will have to purchase their hoses.
  • When you buy a dishwasher YOU are responsible for removing the old one yourself. This includes unmounting it from under the counter,  disconnecting the power feed and removing the water and drain lines.
  • Have a new sink, faucet, or garbage disposal? Plumbers can charge $90+ per hour to install these items, usually with a 2 hour minimum.

We take the headaches out of these types of installations. We come in, uninstall the old appliance or fixture and install and test the new item.
